My latest hobby: running. I never good in sports and dislike sports too. Eventually, for health concern, I need to force myself to do more exercise. I don't want end up to be a single lonely chubby uncle with big tummy attach on waist. To motivate myself exercise more, I have subscribed few running events so that I can push myself to gym club and exercise consistently. Well, I have to admit that my physical level is awful and a lot of "illness" tend to stop me exercise. Knee issue!!! My left leg knee kill me all the time after jog / run. Even I have went for acupuncture treatment, but the recovery effect is relatives low. Now, I have taking tablets Glucosamine , Chondroitin , MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) for joint pain relief and " ostroarthritis" hahaha...

The latest running I have joined is Nike KL Run. Only one category for this run which is 10KM. My target is to complete the whole run within one hour. At the end, I only can finish at 1 hour and 25 minutes, very disappointed with the "record" hahah

Organizer, Nike is very generous as we only pay MYR 20 and each participant entitle to receive a super orange jersey, a water bottle and a ONE Gigabyte Pendrive ( so mean, at least 4Gb mah)
